Jason Simpson, Director of GAP’s Miami office, is a contributor to a new book on FATCA, available in May 2013. The LexisNexis® Guide to FATCA Compliance provides a framework for meaningful interactions among enterprise stakeholders, and between the FATCA Compliance Officer and the FATCA advisors and vendors.
The book was designed in consultation with government officials, NGO staff, large financial institution compliance officers, investment fund compliance officers, and trust companies, from North and South America, Europe, South Africa, and Asia, and in consultation with contributors who are leading industry experts. Mr. Simpson’s contribution includes information on how software will affect current compliance departments and FATCA along with a remediation process.
